I’m gonna throw together some kind of ravioli stuffed with cheese
How do i make it, do i boil some pasta first…and then bake for a few minutes?
What kind of pasta do i use?

You need fresh pasta for ravioli.
You can use premade wonton wrappers, found in the produce section. Fill as desired and boil until they float to the top. Good luck!
the most easy method would be won ton wrapers
Dust a parchment-lined baking sheet with cornstarch. Brush the perimeter of a wonton skin with the beaten egg. Place about 1 heaping teaspoon of the filling in the center, and top with another wonton skin. Press firmly to seal the edges. Place on the baking sheet. Repeat with all the skins and filling, separating the layers of ravioli with parchment. (The ravioli can be prepared up to 8 hours ahead, covered with plastic wrap and refrigerated.)
Bring a very large pot of lightly salted water to a boil over high heat. Drop in the ravioli, stirring them occasionally to be sure they aren’t sticking. Cook until the ravioli float to the surface, about 4 minutes.
Using a skimmer or wire sieve, scoop out the ravioli and divide them among soup bowls. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the hot soup into each bowl. Serve immediately, with the cheese passed on the side.
for meat I would use a mixture of pork and beef, I would use manicotti, you boil it then you stuff your manicotti and top it with all your chesse and bake it in the oven, you could use a mixture of ricotta chesse and some parmesian.
any kind u want!
Use won ton wrappers! They work very well and are easy. You just wet the edges of the won ton wrapper, put your filling in and either fold over to seal, or put another wrapper on top and seal. When they are all assembled, drop them into boiling salted water until they float to the top.
Well, why don’t you try making the pasta yourself. First, get flour and mix it with water. Mix, mix, until it turns into dough. (HINT: When your mixing the flour with water, at first it might be sticky and all, but just keep on adding flour until it doesn’t stick to your hands)Once you have the dough, flat it out and you can start making your raviolis any shape you want. But just remember, that when your about to close the ravioli stuffed with cheese/meat, put beaten eggs on the edges so it can seal and the stuffed cheese/meat won’t squeeze out. Or just simply, press the edges so they can stick together. Once you have your shapes ready and sealed, pour them into boiling water and wait at least ten minutes, they be ready and good to eat.
Also, for best results, add an egg into the flour.
